You can learn something from everyone there, theres a bunch of trainers with different takes and emphasis on different things.
The complementary Yoga, Thai Yoga and Mobility classes are an incredible bonus

Experienced coaches, friendly atmosphere, lots of competitors, classes all the time and for all levels.
I went to a bjj class while travelling and it was a super cool environment, everyone was nice and welcoming and it felt like home!

Great gym that is easy to find near Ostkreuz. The trainings are very good and majority of trainers teach in German or English so there is no problem for visitors to participate in the classes.
Every time I’m in Berlin I go train at Ring side gym. People are really nice and the instructors are super prepared. If you are in Berlin don’t miss the chance to train with the best !
